CRIME PREVENTION MONTH-2015

ಅಪರಾಧ ತಡೆ ಮಾಸಾಚರಣೆ – ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 2015.

ವಿಷಯ: ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ  ಜೂಜಾಟ ಮತ್ತು ಪೆಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಅಂಗಡಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ                                                   ಮದ್ಯಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡುವುದನ್ನು ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ.

ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾದ ಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಕುರಿತು.

1.  ನಿಗದಿತ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವೇಳೆ ಮದ್ಯದ ಅಂಗಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಾರ್ ಮತ್ತು ರೆಸ್ಟೊರೆಂಟ್‍ಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಮನರಂಜನಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಪ್ರತಿ ನಿತ್ಯ ತಪಾಸಣೆ ನಡೆಸುವುದು.

2.  ಸಣ್ಣಪುಟ್ಟ ಪೆಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಅಂಗಡಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮದ್ಯ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಆರೋಪಗಳಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತಹ ಅಂಗಡಿಗಳ ಪರವಾನಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಲು ವರದಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು.

3.  ಪ್ರತಿ ದಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮನರಂಜನಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ತಪಾಸಣೆ ನಡೆಸುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ನಡೆಯದಂತೆ ಕ್ರಮ ವಹಿಸುವುದು.

4.  ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸುದ್ದಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪರಾಧ ತಡೆ ಮಾಸಾಚರಣೆ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ವೀಡಿಯೋ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸುವುದು.

5.  ಮದ್ಯ ಸೇವಿಸಿ ವಾಹನ ಚಲಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡುವವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಚಾರಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಚಾಲನೆ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಮೊಬೈಲ್‍ಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಅತಿವೇಗವಾಗಿ ಚಾಲನೆ ಮಾಡುವವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸುವುದು.

6.  ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಒಂದು ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಚಾರಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸುವುದು, ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ  ಜೂಜಾಟ ಮತ್ತು ಮದ್ಯ ಸೇವನೆ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪಿಡುಗುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಬಂಧ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯನ್ನು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸುವುದು. ಉತ್ತಮ ಪ್ರಬಂಧ ಬರೆದಿರುವವರಿಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಬಹುಮಾನವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

7.  ಅಪರಾಧ ತಡೆ ಮಾಸಾಚರಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬೀಗ ಹಾಕಿರುವ ಮನೆಗಳ ಕಳ್ಳತನ ನಡೆಯದಂತೆ ಗಸ್ತು ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸುವ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಅವರ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸಭೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುವುದು.

8.  ಸಿಸಿಟಿವಿ ಕ್ಯಾಮೆರಾಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸುವ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಿಮ್ಮ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಂಗಡಿ ಮಾಲೀಕರನ್ನು ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೋರಿಕೊಂಡು ಅದನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದು.

9.  ಕಾಣೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಪತ್ತೆ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶದ ಮೂಲಕ ಪತ್ತೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕಾರ್ಯಮಗ್ನರಾಗುವುದು.

10.   ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ ಮಾಹೆಯ ಅಂತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳವು ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕಳವು ಮಾಲುಗಳ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಕೂಟ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸುವುದು.

Theme: Curbing Gambling and Sale of Liquor in Petty Shops;

Safety of Women and Children

Action to be taken by Police Officers and Staff

1.  

1.    Every day officers will check that wine shops, bar, restaurants and clubs do not remain open for time more than prescribed.

2.  For any complaint on petty shops selling liquor, cases should be booked and recommendation for their shop license cancellation should be sent.

3.    All clubs to be checked regularly to ensure that no illegal activity takes place.

4. Crime Prevention Awareness Video to be shown on local news channels

5.    More number of traffic cases to be booked on people doing drunken driving, use of mobile while driving and over speeding.

6.    All officers will go to minimum one school and spread awareness about child safety and traffic awareness. They will also take essay competition on the topic of “Disadvantages of gambling and liquor to the society: Ways to reduce these social evils”. Best essays will be rewarded.

7.    All officers will hold public meeting in their limits and create awareness about crime prevention and systems like locked houses beat system.

8.    All officers will contact in their areas the shop owners and residents and request them to install CCTV cameras in important areas.

9.    All officers will make efforts to trace missing children on mission mode.

10.       Property returns parade to be conducted at the end of the month.
