ಮಂಡ್ಯ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು, ಸಂಪಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಶಿವಲಿಂಗಯ್ಯ @ ಚಿಕ್ಕೋನು ಎಂಬುವವರ ಕೊಲೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆ ಮಾಡಿ, ಆರೋಪಿಯನ್ನು ದಸ್ತಗಿರಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ.
ದಿನಾಂಕಃ 13-04-2012 ರಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಮಂಡ್ಯ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು, ಸಂಪಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಶಿವಲಿಂಗಯ್ಯ @ ಚಿಕ್ಕೋನು ಮತ್ತು ಅದೇ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಕಾಳೇಗೌಡರ ಮಗ ಸತೀಶ ಜಮೀನಿಗೆ ನೀರು ಕಟ್ಟುವ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಬ್ಬರ ನಡುವೆ ಜಗಳ ನಡೆದು, ಸತೀಶನು ಶಿವಲಿಂಗಯ್ಯನಿಗೆ ಎಲೆಗುದ್ದಲಿಯಿಂದ ತಲೆಗೆ ಹೊಡೆದು ತೀವ್ರ ರಕ್ತ ಗಾಯಗಳನ್ನುಂಟು ಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಲೆ ಮಾಡಿ, ತಲೆ ಮರೆಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದನು. ಈ ಸಂಬಂದ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅದಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ತನಿಖೆ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು.
ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಆರೋಪಿಯನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ ವೃತ್ತದ ಸಿಪಿಐ ಶ್ರೀ. ಜಿ. ಕೃಷ್ಣಮೂರ್ತಿ ರವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ತಂಡವನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ತಂಡವು ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಕೊಲೆಯಾದ 72 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಒಳಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 16-04-2012 ರಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಆರೋಪಿ ಸತೀಶನನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆ ಮಾಡಿ ದಸ್ತಗಿರಿ ಮಾಡಿ, ಆತನು ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಸುಳುವಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೊಲೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿದ ಗುದ್ದಲಿಯನ್ನು ಅಮಾನತ್ತು ಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ಆರೋಪಿಯನ್ನು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಹಾಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ ಬಂಧನಕ್ಕೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಈ ಕೊಲೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಪತ್ತೆ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಕೈಗೊಂಡ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅದಿಕಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯವರನ್ನು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅದಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಶಂಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

We all wish the best of luck and one suggestion from public which he should be awarded during independence day occasion.
We all the public request the Deputy Commissioner through the department to honour during the independence day parade and he should be model to the department.
We hear lot of words from the public that he is sincere and strict officer. He will work in the path of law without carrying any one.
